Where to stay in Melbourne?

The conference has secured rooms across Melbourne at special discounted rates. Bookings can be made during the registration process or added later on. You will need to select your room type, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.

Please note that accommodation can only be booked via your registration dashboard until Monday 17th July 2023. After this date, delegates will need to secure their accommodation via other channels.

Distance from conference venue: 1 km - 12 min walk

Located on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD, Pullman on the Park offers premium accommodation overlooking the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground and Fitzroy Gardens.

Contemporary, stylish and sleek, our Superior rooms are the perfect sanctuary that offers the choice of king or two single beds. The room features chaise lounge, Smart TV, bathroom with clear-to-opaque switchable privacy glass and a walk-in rain shower.

You can request your preferred bedding configuration at the time of booking. Please note that the bedding configuration is not guaranteed and will be confirmed upon arrival, subject to availability.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's sporting & entertainment precinct, Mantra on Jolimont is just a stroll from iconic venues such as the famous MCG, AAMI Park, Rod Laver and Hisense Arenas. Rooms on the higher floors have fantastic views overlooking the city, Treasury Gardens or event venues, while opening windows or doors in all guest rooms allow welcome fresh air and natural light.

Please note, ASN Events will never ask a third party to retrieve credit card or financial information from you without prior personal arrangement with yourself and an ASN staff member.

Where any payments are required ASN Events will send through an invoice with remittance details which contains full ASN Letterhead, completed by an ASN Staff member and will always be from an @asnevents.net.au email address.

If for any reason you are unsure of the legitimacy of a requested payment, you should always contact your ASN Events Project Manager.

We take the protection of the information you provide to us very seriously, including your contact details and any financial information and have instituted secure IT platforms to protect your data.

  • During the registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email the secretariat to request availability (non-guaranteed).

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.

  • Rooms are not guaranteed available until the check-in time indicated in the hotel description, though they can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

  • Complimentary cancellations are available up to 35 days before the start of the conference. Cancellations made within 35 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay.

  • Payment for accommodation bookings is due by Monday 17th July 2023. After this date, all unpaid bookings will automatically cancelled. Please keep this timeframe in mind when arranging payments via your organisation.
